At Speed Demon Hot Rod Shop , we take pride in producing high-quality, custom-printed wraps made to order. Because each product is uniquely manufactured for the buyer, our policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges are specific and limited. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
1. Custom-Made Products
- All graphic kits and wraps sold through Cornhole Board Wrap Shop are custom printed to order and shipped directly from the manufacturer, Speed Demon Hot Rod Shop.
- Due to the personalized nature of these products, orders are non-refundable except as specifically provided in this policy.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
- If an incorrect product is delivered due to an error by Speed Demon Hot Rod Shop, the correct item will be shipped at no cost to the buyer once the incorrect product is returned.
- If an order is incomplete, missing components will be shipped promptly at no additional cost.
- If an order is received in a damaged condition, the buyer should refuse delivery at the time of receipt.
- All claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be submitted in writing to Admin@SpeedDemonHotRodShop.com within 7 business days of delivery.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available only under the following conditions:
- The product was ordered for the incorrect model, design, or color.
- The requested replacement is available in inventory.
- Exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- All exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition to qualify for exchange.
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the exchange is required due to an error by Cornhole Board Wrap Shop.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, opened, applied, or altered are strictly non-returnable.
- All custom-printed graphic kits are final sale and cannot be refunded once production has begun.
5. Gift Purchases
- If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient will receive a gift credit for the value of the return once the item is received and approved.
- If the gift giver had the product shipped to themselves before gifting it, the refund will be issued directly to the gift giver.
6. Return Shipping Instructions

- Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For higher-value items, it is strongly recommended that buyers use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Cornhole Board Wrap Shop is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
7. Processing Time
- Once a return or exchange is received and inspected, the buyer will be notified via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original method of payment, minus applicable fees.
- Replacement or exchange orders will be processed and shipped within a reasonable timeframe after the original item is received.
